Discount Policy

Shiloh Bible Camp is committed to offering a Christian camping experience to any and all who seek it out, regardless of financial means.

Due to this commitment we seek to keep our camp fees as low as possible. In addition to attempting to make camp as affordable as possible we offer some discounts for special circumstances as outlined below. All of these discounts are available for Shiloh Bible Camp summer camps and youth retreats.

Speakers and Directors

All speakers and directors that accept an invitation to partner with us as co-laborers for a camp event at Shiloh Bible Camp may reduce the camper fees of their spouse and any children attending the same event by 100%.

Co-Laborers

Anyone who comes to volunteer as a Co-Laborer (Cooks, Cabin Leaders, Titus Squad, Music Leaders, Etc.) at Shiloh for the duration of a camp event may reduce the camper fees of one family member attending the same event by 50%. Please contact us and let us know if you will be attending with someone that we need to apply this discount to.

Full-Time Ministry families

All full-time ministry families are eligible for a 50% discount on all camp fees. Shiloh’s definition of a full-time ministry family is someone whose primary financial means is through ministry (pastor, missionary, etc.). This discount applies to the person in ministry, their spouse, and any children 18 and under. If you would like to take advantage of this discount please contact us and let us know.

Angel Tree

Angel Tree® Camping makes camp possible for children of incarcerated parents by providing scholarships and partnering with churches and camps nationwide. For more information please check the Angel Tree Camping page on our website.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available for families who need financial assistance to make the camp experience a reality. We request that you ask your church for financial assistance before applying for a scholarship. If your church is unable to help or if you do not have a church affiliation, please contact us and let us know that you would like to be considered for a scholarship.

Bringing Families for the Week

We understand that sometimes in order to serve at camp you may need to have family attend with you. Speakers, Directors, Cooks, and Titus Squad may have their family (spouse and children) attend that event with them at no cost. You will be responsible for any of your children not included in the program of the camp at which you are serving. Shiloh Bible Camp is not equipped to handle childcare outside of our normal programs. The cost of housing and feeding each person outside of the program at camp for a week is approximately $85. Any donations that can be made toward these costs would be greatly appreciated.
